Olivia | A Birth Story
Baby Olivia decided to make her way into the world a little earlier than expected--about four weeks before her estimated due date. Her dad, who was on a business trip in Miami when mom went into labor, rushed back to Atlanta to his wife who was laboring with the support of her lovely doula, and sweet sweet father. A few hours after he arrived at the hospital, mom birthed their little girl via a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) that she worked so hard and bravely for. Their sweet girl spent a whole week in the NICU, until she was finally able to join her mom, dad and big brother at home. A big thank you to this family for letting me share their birth story, and for inviting me into their birth space to document their daughters birth!
